Description
As one of the best technique used in the modern high-rise buildings, the construction with hydraulic slip form has been widely applied in the site-casted structure of shear wall, as well as the building structure of high-rise houses, silos, water towers, chimneys, piers and mineral shafts, especially in the high-rise buildings. As a kind of YHJ-type hydraulic climbing utility, GYD-60 ball-style hydraulic jack can be either used solely or used along with GYD35 light duty jack, so as to realize the serialized lifting tonnage for the jacks.
 
Comparing with GYD35 jack with small tonnage, which is commonly used in the slip form construction, GYD60 ball-style hydraulic jack uses the structure of steel ball of multi-row, which can warrant the clamping effect, and it has the advantage of strong lifting capability. Because it uses Φ48×3.5 soft steel pipe as the supporting rod, its pressure stability is better than that of Φ25 round steel, and the tonnage of the supporting rod will be decreased a lot. It has provided the beneficial conditions for the utilization of the supporting rod, and the construction will be more convenient; it is the upgrading product for GYD35 jack of small tonnage.
 
The slip form lifting machine is composed of the hydraulic console, jack, oil distributor and high-pressure rubber pipe. The center of GYD60 cross-core hydraulic jack passes the supporting rod, and it can bring the slip form template to crawl along the supporting rod under the effect of the periodical hydraulic force.

As is shown in the structural drawing, there is kind of cross-core single-action jack, which is composed of the cylinder body, cylinder cover, upper and lower clamps and oil-discharging spring. It can be divided into two parts: one include the piston and upper clamp, and the other includes the cylinder body, cylinder cover and lower clamp, and the oil-discharging spring lays in the middle. The hydraulic force and spring force make the two parts move alternatively, and the lifting steps are (the supporting rod of Φ48×3.5 soft steel pipe has been inserted): the double-layer steel balls of the upper clamp in the former group clamps the steel pipe tightly in the original position, when the oil is filled in the jack, the double-layer steel balls in the later group will clamp the still pipe tightly, and the former group will return to its original position under the effect of the tension of the middle spring. A circulation including inflating, slipping-rising and restoration is complete, and when this procedure is being repeated, the jack can slip and rise continually.
 
IV. Using and maintenance
1. When the jack and oil-way have been installed and before they are inserted into the climbing pole, the air discharging and pressure withstand testing should be performed according to the regulation, and if the oil leakage is discovered, it should be processed in time.
2. The supporting rod is the Φ48×3.5 straight soft steel pipe. When the cold and hard processing layer and craters are not allowed, the oil and dirt must be cleaned.
3. When fixing the jack on the operation bench, pay attention to the direction of the glib and make the glib be paralleling with the rubber tube, or form a large radian between them.
4. Pay attention to the cleanness of the jack and clean the sprayed mud and sand in time. Prevent the cement and mortar from flowing into the jack.
5. Maintain the jack periodically, especially the steel balls and springs at the upper and lower clamps. Clean the attached impurities, oil dirt in time and pain the anti-rust oil.
6. After the construction is finished, it should be dismantled and cleaned in time, and such operation should be performed according to the assembling technology.
7. When using (moving), it should be prevented from colliding with other hard objects.
 
V. The possible failures during using and the processing methods

VII. The technical requirements on assembling and using
1. All the parts must be qualified after examination, and all the cooperation parts and externally bought parts must be assembled before their qualification certificates have been presented.
2. Before assembling, the touchable burrs must be eliminated for all the parts, and the parts must be cleaned. The holes should be cleaned by the pressed air and there shouldn’t be any dirt and crusts piled in the grooves.
3. During the assembling, the tools used and the place must be clean so as to prevent the dust occurring on the part surfaces.
4. The rubber sealing ring can’t be scratched when it is being assembled, and it is strictly prohibited to use metal tools to knock on the assembly.
5. The cylinder barrel and piston must be clean and the scratching should be avoided when assembling; in order to reduce the friction resistance, few lubrication oil can be painted on the external circle of the piston and the internal wall of the cylinder.
6. Before assembling the upper and lower clamps, a round bar steel of Ф48 should be inserted into the through hole. Install the lower part of the clamp first, and press the steel balls into 13 (or 8) inclined-holes and use the screws to tighten the upper part and lower part of the upper clamps and lower clamps respectively; then install the steel balls at the upper part of the clamp and use the clamp cover to tighten the screws on the upper part of the clamp.
7. The assembled jacks should be performed with load testing on the specialized device one by one with the load of 60KN. Use the steel pipe of Ф48*3.5 to test under such load.
8. The exterior part of the jack should be painted the anti-rust lacquer.
9. The jack should be cleaned and the anti-rust lacquer should be painted after using.
10. This technique must be insisted and obeyed during the inspection and repairing and assembling and disassembling.
