  1. Usage
QF/YQF serial jack is widely used in the aspects of power maintenance, bridge maintenance and repairing, heavy object lifting, static force pile-pressing, foundation sedimentation and bridge and ship manufacturing, especially in the construction of the road and railway as well as mechanical adjusting and calibration and device dismantling.
 
  1. Using method
  1. Before using, various parts must be checked for whether they are normal.
  2. Before using, the regulations on the main parameters must be strictly obeyed, and the over-height and overload operations are strictly prohibited. Otherwise when the jack-up height or jack-up tonnage exceeds the regulated values, the serious oil leakage will occur at the top part of the oil cylinder.
  3. If the oil in the manual pump body is insufficient, the sufficiently diluted N32# hydraulic oil must be added to the pump before working.
  4. For the electric pump, please refer to the using instruction of the electric pump.
  5. The proper center of the heave object should be selected and the origin of force of the electric jack should be selected properly; the base should be leveled up and the hardness condition of the ground should be taken into consideration; the operator should also consider whether the tenacious woods should be used to fill up the woods, whether the woods are placed stably so as to prevent the load sinking or inclination.
  6. After the electric jack has lifted the heavy object, the supporting items should be used to support the heavy object tightly in time; it is strictly prohibited to use the jack as the supporting item. If the heave object should be supported for long time, the CLL self-locking jack should be used.
  7. If several jacks should be used for lifting at the same time, the ultra-high-pressure jacks should be placed correctly and the diverter valve for multi jacks should be used, and each electric jack should have the same load; the synchronizing lifting should be kept. The possible ground depression caused by the uneven must be taken into consideration so as to prevent the danger caused by the inclining object to be lifted.
  8. The oil pressure retraction mechanism is used in this electric jack, and it can be taken out rapidly when the lifting is completed. However, the connected hose can’t be used to pull the ultra-high-pressure jack.
  9. The user shouldn’t make the jack exceed the rated journey during using, otherwise the electric jack might be damaged.
  10. The fierce vibration of the jack should be avoided during the using.
  11. It should be used in the workplace with acid, alkaline and corrosive gases.
  12. The user should perform periodical inspection and maintenance according to the using condition.
