Description
Main structure & Working principle

(2). Working principle
When you use the jack, you should put the lifting rod into the jack to make the two fixture blocks (up and down) work. When the pump start working, the oil will enter the cylinder body from the under nozzle. The upper clip can automatically lock the lifting rob and the next clip is losing at this time. Under the oil pressure, the lifting rob will be lifted. The rod will stop lifting when the pump stops supplying fuel after the piston finishing a stroke. The lifting process is finished. When the pump returns oil, the oil will enter the cylinder body from the upper nozzle.  At this time, the follow clip will lock the lifting rob. Under the oil pressure also, the piston will backhaul and the hydraulic oil will be released from the down nozzle. After they finishing a part of work, the pump will stop supplying oil and the two clips (up and down) will loosen. Then you should put rob down or put it out. Repeat the cycling indefinitely, until the end of the entire work.
3. Maintenance & Attention
(1). Before constructing, check and maintenance the jack. Make sure the hydraulic parts not leak oil. Ensure the clips be in good function. Keep the whole machine be in good working order.
(2). Before you install the lifting rob, you should make sure the jack be in right working station (i.e. the nuts of clips screwed in appropriate level).
Attention the rob is in a direct line with the jack when the clips reset. And the jack will work.
(3). Dont bring the muddy water to the pipes in case damaging the jack.
(4). Dont overload.
(5). You can take artificial method to pull the rob out. In the beginning, make the jack be in the lifting. But at this time, you should lower the oil pressure. And then loosen the follow clip. When the jack finishes the stroke and the pressure is 5-6Mpa, you can loosen the upper clip. The rod can be pulled out.
(6). According to the local conditions, you decide to use N32# Ordinary Hydraulic Oil or Anti-wear Hydraulic Oil. Not allow mixing different kinds of hydraulic oil to use.
(7). When you finish a project, you should pay attention to cleaning and maintaining the jack promptly. Especially you should clean the attachments around the fixture blocks. If the fixture blocks are badly damaged, you should change one. And the replaced jack should be restored timely.
